The Boon Keng MRT Station on the North-East Line is only six to seven minutes’ walk from the project, offering residents a relatively short commute to the city.

In fact, it is also slightly lower than the average transacted unit price of new 99-year leasehold projects in the RCR of about $2,600 psf.”
